Complaints and Feedback

We welcome your views on your experience while visiting our Centre. If you wish to make a complaint, or pay us a compliment there are a number of ways for you to do this.

Complaints

If you are not happy with any aspect of your care whilst visiting us, we would like to hear about it so that we may improve our services and respond to your complaint.

We suggest the following options for you to raise your complaint:

  1. Firstly, discuss the problem with your own doctor.
  2. Ask to speak to the Practice Manager, Eliza Herbert.
  3. Complete the Feedback Form found at Reception.

We will take your complaint seriously and will endeavour to address any valid points raised by you.

If you are not happy with the way in which your complaint has been managed, then you may contact the Health Care Complaints Commission. Contact details are provided below.
